Administration Assistant
Pay: £14.13 per hour, 37 hours per week, Mon-Fri
Location: Thrapston, NN14 4LZ
Length: 3 months
Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of North Northamptonshire Council for an Administration Assistant to join their Regulatory Services within Building Control function supporting with administrative tasks.
As Administration Assistant your typical duties would be:
* Transferring paper records onto the system
* Inputting any other data onto systems/Excel as required
* Maintaining an effective filing system and scanning
* Ensuring strict confidentiality is maintained, and data protection (GDPR) rules are followed
* Any other duties which fall within the scope of this post.
About You:
You will be a team player and be able to demonstrate great attention to detail as well as have experience of working with systems and MS Office 365, like Excel and Outlook. You will possess 'can do' attitude to help deliver a high standard of administrative support, ensuring any records are kept accurate, satisfying audit requirements and contract procedures.
