We are a market leader in the Medical Device sector seeking a talented Medical Device Salesperson to join our Head & Neck division. Join our small, dynamic team to support surgical specialties with our comprehensive portfolio of capital, consumables, and disposables.
Your role as a Territory Sales Manager involves:
* Building strong relationships with NHS and private sector stakeholders, including surgeons, theatre managers, nursing staff, and procurement professionals.
* Conducting product demonstrations, sales presentations, and clinical training.
* Supporting surgical cases in operating theatres.
The territory covers North East UK, and ideally, you will reside within this region.

Candidate Requirements
* Training in a medical/scientific/technical field or relevant degree/experience.
* Proven success in medical device and capital sales.
* Ownership mindset with results-driven focus.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and commercial skills.
* Knowledge of NHS/private medical sectors preferred.
* Full, valid driver’s license.
* Experience in ENT or Head & Neck medical devices is advantageous.
