Administrator
Contract: 3 months
Working Type - 25 hours of shift in a week | Monday to Friday | 5 hours a day
Responsibilities
* Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and document management.
* Upload spreadsheets, records, and other documentation onto internal systems accurately.
* Input, update, and maintain data within company databases and software systems.
* Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and provide support to customers and colleagues.
* Assist with deliveries and support the wider administration team with day-to-day tasks as required.
Essential Skills
* Previous administration experience with strong organisational skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
* Team-oriented approach with the ability to multitask and support colleagues in a busy environment.
