The Medical Workforce Team are looking for an enthusiastic and self motivated individual with excellent communication skills to join their team on as a Medical Workforce Assistant to commence as soon as possible up until 31st March 2025.
You will support in providing a high quality human resource service and support with the different recruitment streams for Medical and Dental staff across all the Service Groups within SBU HB.
The successful candidate will contribute towards an atmosphere that is conductive to good client relations, particularly with regard to inter-personal skills and communication. They will also ensure compliance with Policies & Procedures as identified by Swansea Bay University Health Board.
Main duties of the job
To assist in providing a comprehensive, effective and efficient service within the Medical Human Resources Service in order to achieve the strategic objective to recruit and retain staff within the Health Board.
To assist in providing a high quality customer focused recruitment and Human Resource service for all SBUHB Medical posts throughout the Health Board and in accordance with best practice and employment legislation.
To assist in providing a high quality customer focused service for recruiting to the medical locum bank, honorary contract process and supporting the clinical observer programme.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
