As a Branch Manager, you will be offered:

As a Branch Manager, your duties will be:
7. Build, support and develop a high-performing team
8. Maximise revenue opportunities and drive overall branch profitability
9. Proactively generate new business and nurture strong client relationships
10. Maintain the highest levels of customer service and brand representation
11. Conduct Market Appraisals confidently and professionally
12. Follow up on leads both over the phone and face-to-face
13. Train, coach and mentor staff to reach their full potential
14. Negotiate offers successfully and close deals
15. Register applicants, greet customers and create outstanding client experiences
16. Carry out viewings when required
Requirements for the role of Branch Manager:
17. Proven experience as a Branch Manager or Sales Manager within Estate Agency
18. Ideally, have a strong knowledge of the Stowmarket property market
19. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a successful team
20. A strong track record of winning instructions and driving business growth
21. Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
22. Sales-driven mindset with real energy, ambition, and a proactive attitude
23. Positive, forward-thinking approach to generating new business
24. Outstanding customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences
