About You
As a Senior Passenger Services Agent, you will be the welcoming face that greets and assists passengers throughout their travel experience. Your responsibilities will include check-in, boarding, managing transfers, and maintaining the highest standards of customer care. Working closely with your team, you will help meet performance targets, uphold safety standards, and ensure passengers enjoy a seamless journey from departure to arrival. Flexibility in shift patterns is required to support operational demands.
Requirements:
 1. At least 1 year of experience as a Passenger Services Agent or Check-in Agent
 2. Proficiency in Sabre reservations and passenger management systems
 3. Fluency in Spanish is highly advantageous
 4. Exceptional customer service and communication skills
 5. Ability to work efficiently in demanding, flexible environments
