We’re on our way to becoming a household name in tech and sustainability — and we want you on this journey.## The RoleAs a CRM Executive, you’ll be part of our Marketing team, enhancing customer engagement and driving loyalty through data-led campaigns. You’ll have the autonomy to create, execute, and optimise CRM strategies that deliver personalised experiences and meaningful results. This is a role where creativity meets data, and your impact will be felt across the customer journey.## What You’ll Do* Develop, execute, and optimise CRM strategies that drive retention and engagement* Analyse customer data to deliver impactful, personalised campaigns* Segment audiences and deliver targeted communications across email, SMS, and more* Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent and seamless customer touchpoints* Monitor campaign performance and customer feedback to improve outcomes* Stay ahead of CRM tools, trends, and technologies to elevate customer experience* Work with marketing and product teams to align CRM with business goals* Experience in CRM, loyalty, or data-driven marketing* Proactive, driven, and comfortable in a high-accountability environment* Proven experience creating customer campaigns that deliver results* High-performance culture — no coasting, only growth* Diverse & inclusive team — talent over background* Sustainability-focused — real green action, not just talk* Career growth — promotions based on impact, not tenure* Hybrid working available## QualificationsFormal qualifications are valued but not required.
