Risk and IT Audit Analyst
Bestman Solutions is partnering with a leading global technology group to find a dedicated Risk & IT Audit Analyst. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying, assessing, and mitigating technology risks across the organization. Your efforts will ensure their technology solutions are secure, resilient, and compliant with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with technology, audit, and risk teams to assess and address IT risks.
* Build effective partnerships across departments to promote a culture of risk awareness.
* Report and provide insights on non-compliance issues, ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
* Develop analytics and management information to support risk-based decision-making.
* Deliver comprehensive security reports and promote security awareness across the organization.
* Stay informed about emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices in cybersecurity.
Requirements:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders and present findings.
* Familiarity with IT risk management frameworks and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO27001, COBIT, GDPR).
* Analytical mindset with the ability to provide actionable recommendations.
* Relevant certifications (CISM, CISSP, CRISC, or CISA) are advantageous.
* Knowledge of IT audit tools and techniques.
* Experience in providing security training and building organizational awareness.
* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to company locations.
