Job Title: Front of House / Barista | Location: Craven Arms
Job Type: Permanent part-time, 10 hours | Salary: £12.21 per hour
As a Front of House / Barista, you are friendly, approachable, and a great listener. You are caring and enjoy helping others to visit the centre and stay active.
You’ll be efficient and instrumental in providing advice and guidance on activities on offer. You’re not the type to be unapproachable, provide poor advice, or create problems for others. Your goal is to encourage customers to participate in leisure activities and ensure they return with a smile. You enjoy taking action and want to resolve customer problems and queries. You will have a regular pattern of working hours and shifts and opportunities for progression through our training programs.
The Key Requirements:
Ideally, you will have experience in a customer-facing role; however, we can provide training and qualifications for the right candidate.
