As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload of clinical negligence claims from inception to trial. You’ll also handle delegated tasks on related matters, support in settling cases and contribute to the ongoing development of junior colleagues. The role offers exposure to the full litigation process, including both pre- and post-litigation work, within a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
