This role involves leading the project from conception to production while upskilling the internal engineering team. The initiative is confidential, aimed at providing a competitive market advantage. Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor team members, fostering their growth in AI technologies.
Drive the development and delivery of AI products, ensuring they are production-ready and maintained.
Contribute to the vision and architecture of the company's AI platform.
Balance team upskilling with product delivery goals.
Essential Skills:
Strong experience in Python.
Experience with Typescript or JavaScript.
Proficiency in LangGraph.
Knowledge of different agent topologies.
Expertise in utilizing various LLMs and models.
Experience with evaluations to prevent model drift.
Understanding of prompt injection prevention, hack/malicious intent, and jailbreaking.
Experience with shared memory across multiple agents is a significant plus.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Proven track record of taking AI products from start to finish into production.
Background in machine learning.
Experience in the employer record space or HR tech is beneficial, though not required.
