Salary - MPS 1 £34,502 – MPS 6 £43,193 + SEN scale point (Depending on experience and criteria)
Located in the Borough of Redbridge
Person Specification and Responsibilities – SEN Teacher
SEN Teacher
Must have QTS or QTLS and a relevant degree
Teach a class group of pupils with severe or profound learning difficulties
Support the school's vision and policies, ensuring high achievement and safety
Provide pastoral care, fostering positive behaviour and relationships
Organize and manage teaching and learning within the class group
Collaborate with staff to plan a stimulating curriculum supporting diverse learning styles
Implement the school development plan

The successful SEN Teacher will be subject to enhanced clearance through the Disclosure and Barring Service and employment will be subject to references.
