Role Overview
This is a hybrid role, with an expectation to attend the office two days per week. As the UK’s leading social enterprise, we keep data, policies and processes across Assets and Investments accurate, consistent, and high quality. The role focuses on data quality, system improvement, policy development, budgeting, financial planning and service improvement work.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure clear, effective checks and controls to maintain data accuracy and consistency across assets and investments.
* Develop and improve systems, procedures and ways of working; support colleagues in their use.
* Keep policies and procedures up to date and maintain data integrity.
* Support budgeting, financial planning and service improvement initiatives, upholding high standards.
Essential Criteria
* Detailed knowledge of asset‑related data and systems within a housing or property‑based organisation.
* Experience analysing large data sets and improving data and systems, with clear involvement in developing or updating policies and procedures in a complex organisation.
* Proven experience delivering or supporting quality assurance for data, processes, systems or policies.
* Demonstrable experience working with a wide range of stakeholders and building effective working relationships.

* Understands the commercial impact of work and manages complex stakeholder relationships.
* Takes a proactive, logical approach to problem‑solving, keeping customers in mind.
* Communicates clearly, uses IT systems confidently, and builds strong relationships through information sharing.
* Has experience improving data and systems and supporting policy development in complex organisations.
