Overview
In this senior leadership position, you will:
* Provide strategic and clinical leadership across primary care, community services, and hospital sites.
* Work collaboratively with Professional Heads, Service Groups and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
* Support the integration and transformation of service delivery by interpreting and responding to national and local drivers.
* Champion innovation, digital solutions and modern approaches to care delivery.
* As clinical lead, you will lead and inspire our Respiratory workforce, driving service transformation and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care. We are seeking an experienced, confident, and highly motivated leader with a strong track record of managing teams and transforming service delivery within the health and care system.

* Extensive clinical experience within Respiratory.
* Proven excellence in leadership, workforce development, and service transformation.
* A dynamic, forward-thinking approach to problem-solving and improvement.
* The ability to inspire, influence and engage teams across diverse care settings.
* Strong skills in collaboration, decision-making and strategic planning. Act as a visible, engaging role model, demonstrating exceptional organisational and communication skills.
* The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
