Overview
Salary £35,000 - £42,000 + Benefits - Dependant on Experience Initial 3 Months Temporary with opportunity to become permanent Full Time - 40 Hours Per Week
Responsibilities
* Join us as Site Supervisor, leading on existing projects on defined work streams, driving excellent service standards and achievement of KPI's.
* Assess resource requirements and support the management of the day-to-day activity, ensuring that all team objectives are met within overall time, cost and budget constraints and Health & Safety.
* Manage subcontractor performance in line with company policy, ensuring they are clear in terms of their roles and their responsibilities.
* Participate in review meetings with management on day-to-day progress, budgets, labour levels, etc.
* Resolve any complaints, inform management, and implement action plans to address any areas of dissatisfaction; be proactive and self-motivated.
* Collaborate with colleagues, suppliers, and residents to ensure successful project delivery.
About You / Qualifications
* Significant technical knowledge and extensive proven experience within planned works, with a track record delivering external and internal projects on time and on budget (e.g., K&Bs, Windows & Doors replacements, Roof replacements, possibly Fire Risk Assessment).
* Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) and sound knowledge of construction methods, technology and materials.
* Excellent time management, good IT skills, proactive and flexible with strong influencing skills.
* Compelling track record of asset / site management and delivering major works contracts; team player with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
* Committed to collaborative working with colleagues, suppliers, and residents alike.
* Must hold a full UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months.
