We are looking for a capable, self-starting Sales & Marketing Executive to plan and run practical marketing campaigns for business clients.
This is not a sit-back-and-wait role. You will be expected to take ownership of campaigns, generate ideas, create content, manage leads, follow up properly, and help turn marketing activity into real opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Creating and running social media campaigns
* Designing promotional ideas, adverts, flyers and simple campaign visuals
* Preparing postal marketing campaigns and direct mail packs
* Organising gift packages and creative outreach ideas
* Cold calling prospective clients
* Booking and attending site visits
* Managing leads, follow-ups and activity through a CRM
* Supporting sales campaigns from idea through to delivery
* Tracking results and reporting what is working
Qualifications
* Confident, organised and commercially minded
* Comfortable working independently
* Good at design and able to create professional-looking content
* Confident speaking to business owners, managers and decision-makers
* Persistent without being pushy
* Able to manage several campaigns at once
* Practical, reliable and good at following up
Experience with Canva, social media platforms, CRM systems, email campaigns or B2B sales would be useful.
This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, likes making things happen, and can turn rough ideas into clear campaigns that get attention.
