We're looking for a
New Brands Operations Leader
to drive operational excellence across our growing QSR Division. Reporting to the QSR Managing Director, this role plays a pivotal part in shaping the performance, standards, and successful expansion of Chaiiwala and newly integrated brands within our portfolio.
Acting as the voice of field operations, you will define operational priorities, lead strategic initiatives, and enhance both profitability and guest experience.
This is a high‑impact leadership role for someone who thrives on growth, performance improvement, and operational precision in a fast‑paced QSR environment.

The Role
* Lead operations for Chaiiwala and new QSR brands, acting as the primary operational representative
* Drive performance across key operational KPIs, including speed of service, food quality, labour, throughput and guest satisfaction
* Provide day-to-day leadership to Restaurant Managers across Chaiiwala and new brands
* Ensure strong operational consistency and adoption of brand standards
* Lead operational delivery for
new restaurant openings
, ensuring sites are safe, compliant, and launch-ready
* Oversee operational readiness for
brand launches, refurbishments, remodels and equipment upgrades
, working cross-functionally across Construction, Development, Facilities, HR, Training and H&S
* Validate designs, equipment layouts and workflows to ensure efficiency and safety
* Support continuous improvement across the division, identifying performance gaps and embedding solutions that elevate guest experience and profitability
* Operate both strategically and on the ground — influencing decisions while supporting real-time execution
About You
* 5–8+ years' QSR leadership or multi‑site operational experience
* Proven track record delivering performance across multiple sites
* Deep understanding of operational excellence and continuous improvement
* Experience supporting new store openings, refurbishments or brand rollouts
* Confident, influential communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
* Highly organised, detail‑focused and comfortable working at pace in a growth environment
* Able and willing to travel to support operational priorities
