Who we’re looking for
A dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a passion for producing high quality experiential builds. You’ll be highly experienced in leading end to end event delivery and nurturing client relationships to ensure best in class activations.
Role Responsibilities:
* Planning and managing the delivery of large scale events and experiential activations, within a specified timeframe and budget.
* Coordinating event and project timelines, including consideration for key milestones, sign-offs, dependencies and contingencies.
* Managing multiple internal, external and client stakeholders in order to deliver an impeccable end result.
* Total event management onsite, including responsibility for management of all stakeholders and co-ordination of your wider event team.
Requirements:
* Positive, honest and open communication, and a passion for all things events, experiential and production.
* 5+ years experience within both live and virtual event disciplines, ideally within a highly commercial environment.
* Experience delivering large scale, high profile events with numerous stakeholders, from briefing through to final delivery.
* A strong technical knowledge of event production, including build methods/fabrication, AV and lighting, and transport and logistics.
