We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented finance professional to join the team. In this role, you will manage the accounts receivable function, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely debt collection, and comprehensive reporting. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve queries, support cash flow, and drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
9. Maintain accuracy of the accounts receivable ledger
10. Raise and manage invoices and credit notes in line with company policies
11. Resolve queries efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
12. Monitor overdue accounts and reduce aged debt
13. Prepare and deliver reports, including aged debtor analysis, cash flow forecasting, and AR KPIs
14. Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies
15. Support month-end processes, reconciliations, and audit requirements
16. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AR-related projects
17. Provide support to Accounts Payable during peak period
Skills & Experience:
18. AAT qualification or equivalent experience preferred but not essential
19. Proven experience in accounts receivable, credit control, and reconciliations
20. Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting)
21. Experience driving process improvements and implementing changes
22. Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills
