Were on the lookout for a forward-thinking Design Implementation Specialist to join our North Cluster Design & Innovation team at DS Smith. Based at our Featherstone packaging site, youll help bring innovative packaging concepts to life for our FMCG, e-Commerce and specialty clients. This is an exciting opportunity to play a hands-on role in transforming creative packaging designs into prototypes that exceed customer expectations and boost operational efficiency. Youll be working closely with our Sales and Design teams to ensure the seamless delivery of custom solutions that delight our clients every day. What youll do Bring to life creative packaging concepts developed by our Creative and Innovation Specialists Produce prototypes that align with client briefs and technical requirements Use CAD and other design tools to craft both 2D and 3D packaging solutions Work with cutting-edge software and remote collaboration tools to support sustainable design Gain a deep understanding of the full packaging design process while learning from industry experts Whether youre just getting started or looking to grow in the design world, this role offers clear progression and mentoring from a skilled and supportive team.
