THE TEAM
The Operational Planning team sits within Operations Strategy & Planning and leads cross-functional planning activities across the operation, particularly in the context of network and schedule. Operational Planning is central to a large volume of cross-functional initiatives, driving value across the operation.
THE ROLE
As Operational Planning Delivery Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our operation with strategic commercial objectives. You will be the key link between operational and network functions, leading mid-term planning and ensuring delivery of network allocation, especially in terms of growth, new jurisdictions, and fleet capability.
You will drive operational readiness for new bases and complex network points, manage leasing processes, and act as the primary operational liaison for delivery and change programmes. You will proactively identify and manage major operational events, lead seasonal readiness programmes, and oversee the implementation and testing of new departmental systems.
You will maintain critical operational process documentation and guidelines, ensuring accuracy and compliance across the department.
