We’re looking for a Senior Electro-Mechanical Assembler in Herefordshire to join an innovative engineering team making advanced power amplifiers used in some of the most demanding electronic systems out there. This is a role for someone who loves working with their hands, takes pride in doing things right, and enjoys helping others succeed. Senior Electro-Mechanical Assembler Responsibilities: Assembling power amplifiers, sub-assemblies, and full systems from detailed build documents Making sure everything is built right first time, meeting exacting quality standards Mentoring and supporting junior team members to keep the team performing at its best Working closely with engineering and quality teams to solve problems and improve processes Keeping accurate records of everything you do Senior Electro-Mechanical Assembler Requirements 5 years’ experience in electro-mechanical assembly —ideally with complex electronics Skilled in IPC 610 soldering (current certification required) Experience with rework and PCB assembly Familiarity with IPC standards like J-STD-001, IPC 620, or IPC-7711/7721 is a plus Someone who’s detail-oriented, reliable, and proud of their work Previous experience mentoring or leading others would be great If you are interested in the Senior Electro-Mechanical Assembler postion based in Herefordshire, please apply with your CV today
