The Role
We are looking for talented and ambitious individuals who demonstrate the attributes fundamental to becoming successful surveyors. The role involves working within the Valuation team on various commercial and development valuation instructions, benefiting from our Graduate Programme.
The Graduate Programme supports your path to becoming a Chartered Surveyor with the RICS, typically taking around two years to complete. It provides opportunities to gain experience in different departments to meet APC requirements.
You will be assigned a Buddy, Supervisor, and Counsellor upon joining.
Training and Development
* Full APC training via RICS, with ongoing support for graduates;
* Pre-APC mock interviews, presentation training, and seminars;
* Continuous Professional Development (CPD) lectures.
Responsibilities
Main Accountabilities
* Work on daily tasks assigned by your line manager and APC supervisor;
* Take responsibility for work and projects relevant to your team/department;
* Regularly liaise with your APC supervisor and counsellor to discuss progress towards the APC;
* Prioritize and manage your workload effectively.
Delivery to Client
* Understand the business and departmental context;
* Ensure accuracy and quality in reporting to clients;
* Respond to client needs and seek ways to improve products and services.
Clients and Business Development
* Build proactive relationships with internal and external service providers;
* Maintain a network of internal and external contacts;
* Respond promptly and helpfully to clients.
