3. Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports for review.
4. Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing insights to support business decisions.
5. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
6. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
7. Manage the preparation of VAT returns and other statutory reporting.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
9. Support the year-end audit process, including liaising with external auditors.
10. Provide financial advice and guidance to stakeholders as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Management Accountant should have:
11. Professional accounting qualifications or equivalent expertise.
12. Proven experience in a similar role.
13. Strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail.
14. Proficiency in financial software and tools, particularly Microsoft Excel.
