T O'Connell (Utilities) Limited SHEQ Manager We are seeking a SHEQ manager with strong construction, civils and utilities experience for projects in Northern Ireland only based in our Dungiven office. The candidate will have a proven background supporting HSEQ, IMS, planning and contracts administration functions and strong blend of HSEQ knowledge, construction experience and organisational capability. They will have knowledge of ISO and 9001, and have been actively involved in reviewing RAMS and safe systems of work, managing IMS documentation, conducting site audits and inspections, supporting accident investigations, delivering staff inductions and training, assisting with insurance claims and carrying out internal audits. Their experience and responsibility will span both office-based and site-based duties, giving them a well-rounded understanding of compliance, safety culture and operational delivery.
