We are looking for an experienced People (Human Resources HR) Services Coordinator to provide first line People (HR) customer support through coordinating, administering and processing a range of People related activities.

Job description
You will be details focused, precise and have the ability to effectively prioritise competing demands to ensure that a timely and quality service is provided. You will be open to translating challenges into learning and improvement opportunities. ���
You will have an understanding of the range of activities provided by a People Operations function and will have experience of providing support within a People (Human Resources HR) function or related environment.
Fundamentally, you will be a team contributor who demonstrates and champions inclusive behaviours, values individuality and positively contributes to the collective goals of the team.
Our work is both cyclical and varied by nature � one week you may be focussed on Payroll processing and checking, the next you may have a mix of contractual changes or pension submissions to process.
Customer contact, predominantly through our HR Service Desk contact portal, will play a big part of your day to day role � taking ownership of queries and resolving, problem solving or escalating these where required.
Team connections are an important element of the People Operations culture. As such you can expect to be working collaboratively with People Unit colleagues to resolve customer queries and enhance the provision of our People services, alongside participating in regular and interactive service wide and/or team meetings or workshops.

Office Attendance
This role is contractually based at Temple Quay House, Bristol which is currently out of use due to undergoing refurbishment work. In the interim, we have the use of 2 additional office spaces pending refurbishment of Temple Quay House - both in very close proximity to Bristol Temple Meads Railway station. During the period of refurbishment in person attendance is required for a minimum of 1 day per month, however this will increase to at least an average of 1 day per week over the coming months with the potential to increase further post Temple Quay House refurbishment. Person specification
Essential Criteria:
1. Experience of providing administrative and customer focussed support in a People (HR) or related function
2. Ability to accurately handle and process People and Payroll data and information
3. Ability to multitask and effectively balance competing priorities
4. Customer centric approach with the ability to deliver an excellent customer experience
5. Strong IT skills particularly in the use of excel and People (HR) Information Systems
6. Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, customers and team members through a variety of mediums including; email, virtual and in person meetings, voice calls, messaging/chat functions and letters
Desirable criteria:
7. Experience of pension administration support�
8. Experience of payroll administration support/processing�
9. Experience of using an HR database or customer care database�
10. Experience of handling sensitive data�
11. Working towards or willing to start working towards a CIPD qualification�
