We are working with a well-established, family-run business, who are looking to recruit a Scheduling & Customer Care Coordinator to join their close-knit office team of four.
This is a fast-paced and highly reactive role where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for coordinating projects across new-build housing sites, ensuring everything runs smoothly from order to completion.
We need someone who is a natural relationship builder, works quickly and efficiently, and can communicate politely and effectively with everyone — from customers buying new homes, to new home site managers and fitters. Building strong, professional relationships within the construction industry is essential.
You must also be SUPER organised, with outstanding attention to detail, and thrive on planning and forecasting work to keep projects running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Scheduling and coordinating daily work for a team of 20 fitters
* Managing materials and ensuring timely delivery to various sites
* Allocating the right fitter to the right job
* Handling both planned and reactive work, including repairs and snagging
* Liaising with customers and site teams to ensure high service levels
About You
* Exceptionally organised with outstanding attention to detail
* Strong planner with the ability to forecast workload
* Confident communicator and natural relationship builder
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, reactive environment
* Experience in scheduling, logistics, or coordination preferred
