Ideal Candidate
* 3+ years PQE
* Strong experience advising on UK employment law, ideally including exposure to Employment Tribunal claims.
* Experience gained in private practice or in-house at a reputable firm or organisation.
* Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to deliver clear, pragmatic legal advice to non-legal audiences.
* A commercial and solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
