I'm supporting a well established Law firm in Wimborne who is currently recruiting for an experience Legal Secretary to join their Corporate and Commercial team. This is a busy and fast paced role, within a friendly and supportive team, offering excellent benefits and competitive salary.
Day to day duties will include -
* Typing a range of correspondence and documentation containing legal terminology.
* Dealing with client enquiries face to face and by telephone.
* Diary management, co-ordinating and setting up meetings.
* Transcription of legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Dealing with email enquiries.
* Liaising with a range of internal and external contacts.
* Updating and managing client case files, opening and closing records accordingly.
* Administration and secretarial duties including preparation of various legal forms and templates.
* Filing, photocopying, scanning, and invoicing.
Person Specification
1. Previous legal secretarial/administration experience.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work as part of a team and also manage a busy personal workload.
