About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our new Family Assessment Centre in Southampton.
The centre supports up to three families at a time, providing high-quality, evidence-based parenting assessments and tailored support in a safe, nurturing environment.
You’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the service, lead a small team, and ensure compliance with Ofsted’s Residential Family Centres Regulations 2002 and National Minimum Standards.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and support staff to deliver outstanding care and assessments.

Oversee the quality and consistency of parenting assessments (e.g., PAMS, NCFAS).

Ensure full compliance with Ofsted, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements.
*
Build effective partnerships with local authorities and other professionals.
*
Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and positive outcomes for families.
Requirements
*
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
*
Experience managing a Family Assessment Centre, children’s home, or similar regulated service.
*
Excellent understanding of safeguarding and assessment practice.
*
Strong leadership and communication skills.
