The Role - Facilities Team Leader
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Engineer to step into a Team lead position within a modern manufacturing facility in Tewkesbury.
This hands-on leadership role ensures the seamless execution of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), low-level building maintenance, and small works projects.
You'll ideally have good background in HVAC and contractor management and take a people first approach that can translate into strong leadership expertise to manage a small team of Technicians.
Duties - Facilities Team Leader
* Lead and coordinate the facilities maintenance team.
* Ensure timely execution of PPM activities.
* Manage compliance with HSE and statutory regulations
* Oversee rapid response to breakdowns
* Support energy efficiency initiatives and infrastructure upgrades
* Keep accurate maintenance logs and records for audit
* Rotate schedule availability to support shift workers across three 8-hour shifts, where applicable
* Leadership of a small team of Technicians.
Background - Facilities Team Leader
* Evidenced experience in facilities or building maintenance
* Team leadership and mentoring ability
* HVAC experience
* Full UK driving licence
