* Degree in Electronics or a related Engineering field
* Good problem-solving and analytical ability
* An understanding or exposure to safety critical systems would be advantageous
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Some exposure to engineering through projects, placements, or internships
* Able to support design, testing, and documentation work
* Awareness of industry standards, processes, and safety practices
