Company Description
At Skyborne, we’re more than just a Commercial Flight Training Academy; we are shaping the future of pilot training. In an industry that never stands still, we’re committed to staying ahead through constant innovation and improvement. We operate three state‑of‑the‑art training facilities: our head office at Gloucestershire Airport, a second UK centre at Bournemouth Airport, and a fair‑weather base in Vero Beach, Florida.
Our fresh approach challenges traditional training conventions, delivering real results for trainees and airline partners. Whether in the classroom, the simulator, or behind the scenes, you will be part of a team driving change across all academy activities. Core values include creativity, teamwork, and high standards of quality and professionalism. Major global airline partners include British Airways, Jet2, Ryanair, DHL, TUI, and Loganair.
Job Description
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys guiding, advising, and supporting individuals through important life decisions while meeting clear performance goals. Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for prospective trainees, providing a welcoming and professional experience.

* Follow up on enquiries generated via marketing campaigns, open days, and partner organisations.

* Use Salesforce CRM to manage enquiries, track engagement, and monitor progress.
* Achieve enrolment targets through quality conversations and effective follow‑up.
* Coordinate with finance teams to support initial payments and onboarding.
Qualifications
You do not need an aviation background; what matters most is your communication style, empathy, and ability to build trust.
* Enjoy helping people make informed, life‑changing decisions.
* Communicate confidently with a wide range of individuals.
* Have experience in customer liaison, admissions, recruitment, education, training, hospitality, or consultative sales.
* Are organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple enquiries.
