We're looking for an Office Assistant to become an essential part of how we operate a varied, hands-on position spanning office management and estates support, where your organisational skills and can-do attitude will be valued every single day.
What you'll be doing:
* keeping the office running day-to-day: coordinating facilities, supplies, and central services (security, cleaning, maintenance, waste)
* managing travel logistics and supporting office moves, equipment records, and financial reconciliation
* building relationships with suppliers and contractors, reviewing contracts and ensuring compliance and quality standards
* helping with fleet administration servicing, MOTs, repairs, and vehicle handovers
What we're looking for:
