Mentor and supervise: Provide clinical guidance, one-on-one support, and professional development to psychologists at all stages of their careers. Shape the future of the practice: Help to develop therapy programs, implement best practices and help drive strategic improvements. Recruit and onboard talent: Identify exceptional candidates, participate in interviews, and mentor new team members.
