The role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative and passionate person with a proven social media background, who will own the role of Social Media Specialist. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence by planning, organising and creating engaging content across our social media channels, engaging with our audience and working with content creators and influencers, while fostering our brand's identity.
Your key duties, responsibilities and person profile:
* Manage & oversee our social media accounts.
* Create content, manage and grow our social media accounts and creator pool.
* Plan and execute a clear and creative content calendar, collaborating with the wider team when necessary.
* Respond to comments, messages, and engage with our audience to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Engage with influencers and content creators to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships.
* Help create and manage systems to organise content including archiving.
* Work with the marketing manager to implement strategies to grow engagement, audience, and sales.
Knowledge:
* At least 2 years social media experience for a brand, either in-house or agency.
* Detailed knowledge of all social media platforms is essential.
* Enthusiasm and knowledge of synths and music / music technology in general, an advantage.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools and proficient in analytics, interpreting data into actionable insights and ideas.
Content Creation:
* Generate creative content ideas for social media channels that align with the Stylophone brand and values.
* Work with video and image editing software to create polished and professional social media content that is visually appealing and engaging
* Good working knowledge of graphic design/editing tools for social media content
* Monitor wider social media trends and incorporate them into our content strategy

* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Proactive, self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Excellent communication and great copy writing skills
* Creative thinker, good at ideation and an excellent eye for detail and aesthetics
* Proficiency in photo and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, iMovie, Canva etc.) is a bonus.
* An enthusiastic, hands on, positive attitude are a must
