Travel tech business with international footprint needs an internal communuation professional to develop its internal comms function and elevate employee engagement by driving clear, consistent messaging across their organisation. You’ll be the voice behind its internal communications strategy—crafting compelling content, guiding leadership messaging, and fostering a culture of transparency and connection across geographies. This role is perfect for a strategic storyteller with exceptional writing skills, a flair for creativity, and a passion for building culture through communication. Salary £60-70k. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute internal communication strategies that align with their values and business goals • Advise senior leaders on message prioritisation, channel strategy, and communication tactics • Create engaging content across formats—emails, videos, intranet updates, presentations, and more • Manage communication channels including Teams, email, and in person meetings • Maintain a communications calendar to ensure timely and relevant messaging • Partner with leaders to support their communication needs and amplify their voices • Organize internal events and employee recognition initiatives • Champion employee engagement through open, transparent communication • Measure communication effectiveness via surveys, analytics, and feedback loops • Support crisis communications with clarity and speed • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in internal comms • Collaborate with People, Marketing, and other teams to ensure brand-aligned messaging What You’ll Bring • Internal communications experience gained working in an international setting for a corporate business Ability to advise at a strategic level as well as tactically execute plans • Experience communicating across multilingual teams and geographies • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills • Strong project management and multitasking abilities • Familiarity with digital tools like CMS platforms and email marketing software • Excellent interpersonal skills and cross-functional collaboration • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills Hybrid working is three days on site in central Manchester.
