TSYS is recruiting for the role of IT Service & Incident Management Analyst to join our expanding global team.

What We Are Looking For
Essential Skills:
* Effective problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and literacy skills

* Strong prioritization and workload management skills
* Flexibility to respond to variable workloads, including participation in a 24-hour on-call rota
Preferred Qualifications:
* Degree or equivalent in an analytical or numeracy-related subject
* Experience in the credit card or financial services industry
* Experience in a client-focused or customer service environment
* Experience working to service level agreements
Role Responsibilities
* Ownership of incident and question tickets, investigating and resolving within specified turnaround times
* Develop knowledge of the payment services industry, TSYS systems, and products
* Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
* Support clients out of hours to ensure essential services are operational
