Duties and responsibilities related to the Guest Relations Host/ess role Serve as a key ambassador for the hotel, providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for every guest. Act as a primary point of contact, anticipating needs and ensuring a seamless and personalised journey from pre-arrival to post-departure. Provide detailed information about hotel facilities, programs, and services, with particular attention to VIP and special guests. Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations. Coordinate special requests and tailor services to deliver unique, personalised experiences. About You You bring previous experience in guest experience or front office, ideally within the premium hospitality segment. Highly organised and proactive, you combine strong interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach. Professional and attentive, you consistently anticipate guest needs and deliver service that is both personalised and memorable.
