Our Team
Our Sustainability team specializes in helping clients measure, manage, and reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions, achieving broader sustainability goals. Our services include:
* City/regional carbon reduction programs
* Development of carbon management strategies, including Net Zero
* Carbon footprint and GHG reporting, ESG disclosures
* Energy savings opportunities and investment support
* Green building certification assurance
* Decarbonization and heat decarbonization plans
* Net Zero program management
We are seeking individuals with experience in building certification and/or real estate decarbonization to join our growing Cities & Workplaces team.
Job Description
We seek candidates with experience in Heat Network (HN) and Distributed Energy (DE) projects, including systems like solar PV, heat pumps, energy storage, demand flexibility, and smart/grid solutions. Experience in project development—scoping, business case, finance, and high-level technical consulting—is essential, especially related to heat networks, local energy systems, and EV integration.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have competencies including:
* High-quality service delivery and client management
* Consultancy experience in DE and HN projects
* Track record in facilitating and delivering DE schemes
* Knowledge of DE technologies and solutions
* Customer relationship skills
* Understanding of metering, billing regulations, and government policies
* Programme management and organizational skills
* Knowledge of energy demands and relevant regulations
Preferred skills include business development, stakeholder engagement, energy strategy development, and data analysis.
