About the Role
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated Administrator to join our Aberdeen team. This is a varied role where you will work closely with our operations and administration teams to ensure jobs, quotations, and orders are managed smoothly and efficiently.
You'll be part of a close-knit, multi-skilled team delivering essential services to clients across the UK and beyond, working with equipment that protects lives every day.
Key Responsibilities

Order Management:
Process customer orders accurately, ensuring all details are logged in CRM/ERP systems.

Quotations:
Prepare and issue quotations and sales proposals in line with company standards.
·
Customer Support:
Act as a point of contact for clients regarding product information, order status, delivery times, and general queries.

Sales Team Support:
Provide administrative and scheduling support to Business Development Managers and Leadership Team.

CRM & Data Management:
Maintain up-to-date customer records, sales pipelines, and activity reports.
·
Liaison with Operations/Logistics:
Coordinate with workshop, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.

Expediting & Follow-Up:
Track supplier and client orders, chase updates, and communicate progress to customers and sales staff.
·
Compliance:
Ensure all quotations, orders, and customer communications comply with company policies and relevant industry standards.
What We're Looking For
· Previous experience in a sales support, sales administration, or customer service role (desirable but not essential)
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
· Excellent communication skills — confident dealing with clients, suppliers, and colleagues at all levels
· Good IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM/ERP systems
· A detail-oriented approach with accuracy in quotations, orders, and data entry
· The ability to work independently as well as part of a team, supporting business development and operations staff
· A proactive attitude — willing to chase updates, solve problems, and keep customers informed
· Experience in technical, safety, or equipment-based industries (desirable but not essential)
· A customer-focused mindset, with a genuine interest in supporting clients and helping the sales team succeed
