JOB TITLE: SALES ADMINISTRATOR - Temp to Perm We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to work with one of our clients Livingston. This hands-on role is suited to a precise, detail-oriented thinker. Reporting to the Sales Admin Manager, the role involves a meticulous approach to work. Experience working within a Stock Control environment would be beneficial, as would be experience with Excel and/or SAP. Relevant experience of working within a fast-paced environment and a good working knowledge of Health and Safety procedures is essential. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Stock Duties: Create and issue Production Orders for Daily Production. Check and create Sales Order through SAP. Create pick notes and print delivery notes. Create transport through SAP. Scanning products onto Sales Tickets for Market Customers Close stock each night. 2. Other Duties: Stock control and ordering of all packaging. Stock control of pallets and crates. To liaise with dispatch for delivery times required by Multiples and Goods In. Update vehicle service history and arrange any repairs needed on unit or trailer. Dealing with Logistics UK visits. Arrange cover for drivers when required. Arrange transport for store deliveries. General administration duties (telephones, filing). Dealing with visitors to the reception area, including handing out passes and collection of forms from visitors. Assist the H&S team in providing and improving the safe culture throughout the site. KEY SKILLS: Excellent numerical and analytical skills. Good communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work on your own initiative and in a team environment. Ability to concentrate in a busy working environment. Reliable, trustworthy and honest with a mature approach to work. QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE: Previous stock experience would be useful but not essential. Some degree of flexibility will be required in terms of shifts and hours of work, in order to meet the demands of the business. Full training in SAP, scanning, transport and other duties will be given. You will be required to attend an external transport training course. SHIFT DETAILS: Shifts will be Sunday to Thursday, 40 hours per week as follows: Sunday and Monday 6.00am - 4.00pm Tuesday - Thursday hours between 6.00 am - 3.00 pm or 7.00 - 4.00 pm (early start one week, late finish the following week, revolving) Additional hours may be required to suit the needs of the business and cover for colleague's holidays/ sickness may occasionally be needed.
