Job Title: Quality Control Inspector

Joining our team will accelerate your career. We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector at our Silverstone facility. Your role will involve inspecting incoming materials and in-process components to ensure they meet strict quality standards, contributing directly to our operational success.
What You Will Be Doing:
* Lead and perform detailed dimensional inspections using Polyworks, PC-DMIS software, and measurement tools like CMMs, Portable Arms, and Trackers to verify product specifications.
* Support manufacturing in conducting in-process inspections to ensure components meet design and manufacturing standards.
* Document inspection findings and communicate results effectively using the QRS system.
* Maintain quality control documentation and records.
* Collaborate with the Quality Control Inspection Manager and other departments to resolve quality issues.
* Assist in implementing quality improvement initiatives.
* Ensure all inspection tools and equipment are properly calibrated and maintained.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations during inspections.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in quality control, preferably in motorsport or aerospace industries, handling both composite and metallic materials.
* Proficiency with metrology software such as Polyworks and Pcdmis, including offline programming.
* Strong knowledge of quality control principles, GD&T, and measurement equipment.
* Excellent attention to detail and reporting skills, including dimensional analysis and NCRs.
* Effective communication skills to convey findings clearly.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
* Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to quality assurance.
* Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
