We have exciting opportunity at Pilgrim's Europe! We are looking for a Production Inventory Coordinator to join our team in Pilgrim's Europe at Bodmin site.

Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and manage stock levels for raw materials and finished products, ensuring timely replenishment to avoid production delays.
* Conduct regular audits and reconciliations within stock holding areas to ensure correct stock levels and efficient material flow.
* Collaborate with production supervisors to forecast material requirements and plan inventory needs.
* Work with procurement teams, suppliers, and logistics providers to coordinate deliveries and factory transfers
* Maintain inventory records, track key metrics, and generate reports to support decision-making
* Identify inefficiencies in inventory, transfer, and storage processes, recommending improvements to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
* Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies regarding inventory handling, storage, transport procedures, and allergen management.
You Will Need:
* Strong organizational and analytical skills.
* Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in inventory management.
* Experience in logistics coordination and transport management.
* Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems (including Arolink stock systems).
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
* Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to inventory, transfer, and storage challenges.
* Knowledge and experience implementing 5S methodologies in inventory and production environments.
* Understanding of allergen management and compliance with food safety regulations.
* Valid Reach Truck license for safe and efficient material handling.
* Knowledge of allergen management to ensure compliance and safety in storage and production.
* Previous experience in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain coordination (preferably in a manufacturing or production setting).
* Familiarity with inventory control systems and best practices.
* Knowledge of transport operations and lorry transfer logistics.
