We are supporting a well-regarded 40-bedded nursing home in Dorking that is looking to recruit a dedicated night team leader.
Role Details:
* Position: Night Team Leader
* Location: Dorking
* Hours: Full-Time – Days & Nights available
* Rate: Up to £15.05 per hour (paid breaks included)
* Setting: Nursing Home – Elderly Care
About the Night Team Leader Role:
As a Night Team Leader, you will oversee the night shift and support the care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents. The role involves supervising staff, administering medication, responding to residents’ clinical and wellbeing needs, and ensuring care plans and documentation are maintained to a high standard throughout the night.
The home has a warm, professional atmosphere, with a supportive management team focused on staff development and maintaining excellent standards of care.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Team Leader in a care setting is desirable.
* Must hold a Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care
* Must be Medication Trained
