Support site management in achieving compliance obligations, inventory, financial, health and safety, and transport.
Contribute to a safety-first operation and drive towards an incident-free workplace.
Place orders on system for delivery/collection using SAP.
Handle inbound/outbound calls for customer orders, queries, and general information.
Process orders, refunds/credits, and cylinder refill agreements.
Receipt stock in/out received on trailers.
Manage inventory stock control, complete physical stock counts, and enter stock counts onto the system.
Raise and receipt Purchase orders, ensuring correct stock levels are maintained.
Review daily aborts, cancels, and fill returns.
Support drivers in reviewing daily runs, printing loading sheets and manifests.
Track drivers through the Telematics system.

Manage agency timesheets.
Do you/are you:
* Have experience as a Customer Service/Logistics professional with a positive attitude.
* Possess excellent organisational skills as an administrator.
* Work well in a team, supporting colleagues and sharing best practices.
* Be committed and flexible to meet business demands.
* Take personal ownership of tasks, especially safety.
* Be experienced in Microsoft Office, SAP, and Tru Tac.
* Be articulate with good attention to detail.
