Our Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator is a new role supporting Talent Acquisition activities across the Hesley Group.
Your Role:
We’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator. You’ll play a vital role in onboarding compassionate professionals who provide life-changing support to vulnerable adults. You will also:
 1. Ensure compliance within safer recruitment practices and guidelines.
 2. Manage pre-employment checks including DBS, references, and right-to-work documentation.
 3. Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement in recruitment practices.
 4. Support with the co-ordination and arrangement of interviews across the organisation.
 5. Update the Home Office Sponsor Management System, where appropriate.
 6. Manage the administration of our ATS including ensuring user permissions are up to date and carry out data cleansing.
 7. Develop and produce dashboards and reports.
 8. Manage our referral bonus scheme.
 9. Support the implementation of the overall Talent Acquisition Strategy by conducting research and assisting with co-ordination of projects.
 10. Role model our EVP and promote Helsey Group as an Employer of Choice.
About You

We are seeking an organised, detail-driven professional with a passion for people. Some of the key skills and areas of experience we are looking for:
 11. Hands on experience of recruitment vetting/onboarding.
 12. Ability to analyse data/information and summarise and present.
 13. Confident communicator with a proactive approach.
 14. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
 15. A genuine interest in adult social care and making a positive impact
 16. High attention to detail.
 17. Desire to learn and for continuous improvement.
 18. Highly customer focused.
 19. Knowledge of safer recruitment practices.
 20. Right to work including visas and sponsorship/willing to work towards gaining this knowledge
