We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join a leading provider of engineering innovations and power tools. Candidates must have previous experience in a credit control role.

The Credit Controller will be responsible for managing and processing invoices, BAE payments, chasing overdue payments and debt, and consolidating customer statements.
1. Check and sort all invoices that have failed to send.
2. Perform CAT checks—checking delivery notes, interim statements/invoices, raising queries with goods in, sending copies, etc.
3. Regularly check customer portals for issues.
4. Handle BAE payments.
5. Send invoices that are not sent automatically.
6. Review overdue payments and escalate to debt collectors.
7. Prepare CAT statements for accounts.
8. Participate in customer meetings (e.g., CNH/CAT) to review queries.
9. Monitor customers over their payment terms and coordinate with company reps to address and reduce overdue amounts where possible.
10. Send consolidated or contract invoices.
11. Send and verify customer statements are received and processed.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a credit control role is essential.
* Meticulous with high attention to detail.
* Computer literate with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software.
