Are you a driven, part-qualified Accountant ready to build a career — not just fill a role?
We're looking for a proactive and ambitious Assistant Management Accountant to join our Windsor based finance team and grow with us. This is a genuine career building opportunity for someone early in their journey. Whether you're a recent graduate or have one to two years of experience under your belt, who wants hands-on exposure across the full finance lifecycle while progressing through their studies.
Reporting to our Senior Financial Controller, you'll get stuck into the core mechanics of management accounting: prepayments, accruals, inter-company transactions, and multi-currency work, alongside exposure to accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and expenses management through Concur. If you're an Excel whiz who loves digging into data and finding smarter ways of working, you'll thrive here.
But beyond the technical skills, we're hiring for attitude. We want someone who takes initiative, brings the right work ethic, and embraces being part of a collaborative office environment. Because the best learning happens when you're in the room. With offices spanning the globe and a team that's genuinely invested in your development, this is the kind of role where a superstar can make their mark early and grow fast
