Events Manager – 12 month maternity cover role in popular international law firm with a great culture.
This international law firm is top of its game in the TMT space working for a host of international blue chip names in the sector. The marketing and business development function is a really close knit team with a great culture. It is now looking for a Senior Events Executive to cover maternity leave for 12 months starting asap.
You’d be part of a busy and friendly team and as Senior Events Executive, you will be responsible for:
* Working on the planning and delivery of the firm’s events programme in the UK. this includes a wide range of events including seminars, conferences and hospitality events.
* Project managing your own events from start to finish.
* Implementing a communications plan to promote each event.
* Working with the business development team to get the most out of events.
* Analysing ROI and feedback on events.
* Preparing event budgets.
* Supporting the Events Manager to review and improve processes to create greater efficiencies.
You will have solid experience of running large scale events within the professional services sector and be available for an immediate start. Good project management skills and the ability to stay calm in demanding situations are key for this role.
